-Open your latest email from Julia Di Nardo.

-Click the Add Address button (over on the right) to add julia@healthehunger.com to your “People I Know” list.

Yahoo

-Open your latest email from Julia Di Nardo.
-In the From field, click on the Add to Address Book link.

Hotmail

-Click the Options tab.

-Select Safe List. (It’s under the heading Mail Handling.)

-In the space provided, enter julia@healthehunger.com.

-Click Add.

-When you see the address you entered in the Safe List box, click OK.

Gmail

-Open your latest email from Julia Di Nardo.

-Next to my name, click on More Options.

-When the options appear below the name, click on Add Sender to Address Book.
(or)

-Click the Contacts link on the left-hand side of the page.

-Click on the Add Contact link on the upper right-hand side of the page.

-Enter julia@healthehunger.com into the primary email field.

-Click on Save.

Apple Mail

-Highlight your latest email from Julia Di Nardo in your Inbox.

-Click on the Add Address button at the top of the screen.

(or)

-Open your Apple Address Book.

-Go to the File menu.

-Select New Card.

-Enter julia@healthehunger.com into the email field.

Microsoft Entourage

-Highlight your latest email from Julia Di Nardo in your Inbox.

-Go to the Tools menu.

-Select Add to Address Book.

Microsoft Outlook

-Go to the Tools menu.

-Select Options.

-On the Preferences tab (under E-mail), click Junk E-mail.

-Select the Safe Senders or Safe Recipients tab.

-Click on Add.

-Enter julia@healthehunger.com and click on OK.
